Buying or leasing a car is one of the most nerve racking decisions a person may face. There are countless options in this day and age and not all cars nor sales people are made equal. I have always been intrigued by technologically advanced people movers and concentrated my recent research efforts into Tesla. I went onto their website and was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to schedule a test drive that weekend. When we arrived for our test drive we were greeted by an individual who then set us up with our Owner Adviser, Maurizio. Maurizio was very knowledgeable about all things Tesla and enjoyable to take a test drive with. We test drove the Model S (as the Model 3 are not available currently) and the car can sell (and drive) itself. Going around the various bends of I-215 at 73 MPH while my hands and feet are not "where they should be" is a very odd and exciting feeling that would take some getting used to. However, the future of self driving is right around the corner and can make for a productive morning commute for the current business professional. According to the CDC, distracted drivers cause more than 1,000 injuries and 9 deaths each day. I do believe that auto-piloted cars are the very near future of daily commutes and I highly recommend Tesla if you are in the current market for an amazing vehicle and a giant reduction to your carbon footprint. I can't wait to be a Tesla owner for life.
