After reading some of the reviews we decided to give this place a try. My niece was getting married and four women in the party wanted mani-pedicures. My fault, I guess I missed the review that said the special pricing ($30 for mani-pedicure) was only between 3 am and 10:00 am.. When I called to make the appointment they said to come in at 11:00 and nothing was mentioned about pricing.. We paid $55 which I thought was extremely expensive as I can do much better even in the Bay Area. The bride, who wanted a French manicure had to pay an additional $10.
The people were very slow and we were there for over 2 hours. About 15 minutes after we got back to the hotel, the bride's mom's nail polish was still tacky even after sitting under the heat lamp for a long time. The polish just peeled off of each nail leaving a very ugly color stain on each finger. What we think happened is the polish was old as we noticed the manicurist adding something to the polish as it was very think as it was being applied. My sister had to use nail polish remover before the wedding to make her hands look normal.
The bride, who when we left was very happy with her French manicure, started noticing a few hours later, that the polish on multiple fingers had indentations (putting her hand in her purse, reaching for keys, etc.) so by midnight, her nails were unattractive to say the least. There was no time to go back and when we called, there were no apologies or efforts made to compensate for a crying bride!
Any of the hotels offer the same type of service for less money so save your time/money and go there. We will not be going back and we would never recommend this nail salon to anyone.
