  • As first time home buyers in a hot market with absolutely zero experience in real estate, we needed an agent that we could trust, and I have to tell ya, Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were looking at potential places to rent since our apartment lease was nearing it's end, and a friend recommended that we look into buying, and called up Lee to assist us. That night, around 8PM, he met with us at a townhouse and went through our options, which was very impressive, I mean, having him at the click of a button was extremely convenient. Lee recommended that we go for buying first, and our house hunt began! Within a week, Lee showed us dozens of houses, and assisted us with all questions quickly and professionally. His advice was top notch, and once we found a house we liked, we quickly made an offer. Even if you don't have the leverage for a strong offer, Lee will work for you and get you the best deal he can, and we greatly appreciate that no matter what happened throughout the process, Lee had our absolute best interests at heart. With Lee, you can really tell that he puts his clients first. From the beginning to closing, Lee has always been a class act. Like before, as we were first time buyers, we were impatient, we were excited, we were on an emotional roller coaster, and Lee was nothing but professional and kind. Lee has a wonderful personality, and a wonderful work ethic. If you decide on him for your real estate needs, you will not be disappointed, you will be thanking yourself in the future! A true diamond in the rough that is the real estate business. We will definitely refer everyone we know!
