  • I use to live in these apartments in 2015. I loved it here. The staff was great. Any Maintanace issues I had was immediately handled in a efficient way. Staff was always readily available to answer phones and address any concerns you had. The grounds are kept up here and the layout is nice. Washer and dryers are updated as well as other amenities. I also like how the keep up with their appliances and fixtures . I currently live at Verano and the customer service you get here is horrible and everything here is cheaply made and out dated and broke down. The only reason I moved from sonoran was because of my noisy downstairs neighbor's. They were loud and obnoxious. They would blast music all the way into the early a.m. If it wasn't for my neighbor's I would have still been there and would have given this place a 5 star. Also, I lived there for about 2.5 years and when I moved out, I got my full deposit back in a timely manner. I never had a problem with any staff members and the Maintanace team rocked.
