  • Worst administrative folks I've ever seen in a doctor's office. Wholly incompetent front staff makes every visit a headache and trying to manage care in general a nightmare. Given the absurd cost of Cigna insurance, you'd think they could afford decent front-of-house staff. The doctors and nurses are some of the finest I've ever had, but the barrier to visit them makes any visit a chore that makes me debate how much I want to visit. There's no accommodations made for appointments they ruin by forgetting you're in the building, no basic concepts like a sign in sheet in place, and a nonstop train of idiocy when it comes to dealing with schedules or billing. Suffice to say that after a year of dealing with this, I am happily seeking an alternative place of care and suggest you look for one as well. Don't bother heading downtown though, it's just as lousy.
