| - Let me open this review by stating IT IS FATHERS DAY TODAY!! I called early last week, spoke to a man to inquire if the business would be open and asked if we needed a reservation. I was told they'd be open and a reservation was not necessary. I then made Father's Day plans accordingly. We come here annually for this celebration as well as many others for my spouse, and have always been told the same thing. When we arrived today at 3:30pm a girl with brown hair and green eyes asked if we had a reservation. I was caught off guard and let her know I called early last week and was told I didn't need one. She aggressively snapped at us and stated reservations are always required. I calmly explained that we have been coming here for years and have never been told to make a reservation. We asked when did this become a requirement? She said with a huge attitude "it's always been this way since I've been here". I then asked, and how long have you been here? She stated, "since January"! I replied, so not long, huh! She then quickly cut me off as I was about to ask for other available times today and said, "I'm about to check in my 4. O'clock now!" as another family started to open the door and enter the building. She had zero empathy for this special occasion and a very bad snarky attitude. My spouse was so upset he said, oh well, they don't want our business, so we'll take it elsewhere. I'm shocked after supporting this business for so many years that we were treated this way! I'm very disappointed in the lack of emotional intelligence this employee displays, especially on such a day, and I believe the owners will want to hear about this disgusting person under their employ!
