I've been coming here for about 4 years so I figured it was time to write a review. I frequent the barre classes here way more than spin but I love them both! When I'm consistent with my classes my body looks great and I feel even better! The low impact of the barre classes is great for anyone with joint issues but still wanting a workout. Want to take it up a notch? Take their barre sport class! It's a cross between HIIT and barre. You'll leave sweaty and shaking. Need more cardio? Their spin classes will fill that need for you! Whether it's hills you crave like me or flats you crave like the crazy people (haha) the classes will have you out of breath and you won't feel bad for that pizza you're going to eat for dinner. (Or wine/beer) The instructors are really cool and personable too. Need help with form? The instructors are always willing to stay and show you how to get the most out of your work out.
