Have to agree with some of the other reviews on here. We normally love Nordstroms Rack and were visiting this one on vacation.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was actually not very busy, and there were not many customers. I had to wait every time I went to the dressing rooms, as did several other customers.
They seemed to have an unusual number of associates organizing things on the floor. In spite of this, it was still very disorganized. There was so much it was difficult to look around, let alone find things.
The final straw was at checkout. We were waiting in a short lineup for two cashiers. There was no queue sign. One cashier went to the other side of the desk and the customer ahead of me followed her. Assuming it was ok to proceed to the open cashier, I did so.
The other customer shouted at me - apparently they had been told where to queue. But they were still assisted by the other cashier. When I asked our cashier she didn't answer, just sighed heavily and frowned at us.
We're used to better customer service, or at least a smile, We left without purchasing anything.
