  • First time eating ramen and it won't be my last. It was the perfect meal for an extremely cold day in Madison. The beef buns were off the chain! The beef was seasoned perfectly. It was a just a tad bit dry however. Whatever dough they use for the buns would put pillsbury to shame! Take the dough boy! I had the miso ramen which came with chicken and extra noodles. Loved the infused egg and flavor. My only complaint was the broth. I am not sure if this is something of ramen but it was murky and thick. Preferably, my broth is light almost like a tea consistency. Overall, great dish, fantastic service and cozy atmosphere.
