  • Less than 24 hours after I called them (& I called during closed hours expecting to have to leave a message AND I think the only reason it took even as long as it did is because I had to work- they made a point of making themselves available to rescue me), my kitchen sink is unclogged and running free- YAY!!! I'd always heard bad things about plumbers- uncivilized manners, crack, etc. This was my first experience with professionals- I come from a do-it-yourself type of family. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that what I'd heard and come to nervously expect was completely false stereotype in this instance. Jerry and Dan were friendly, polite, and completely professional. They got the job that I'd been dreading done quickly and cleanly. They were helpful and very pleasant, even showed an interest in my pets, and very kind with their pricing. Definitely putting them on my Go-To list. Thanks guys!
