| - This company from the receptionist all the way to the owner LISA BROCHARD are unprofessional, unethical, despicable liars . Do not walk away from this company....RUN!!! My tale is a lengthy one so sit down, get a cup of coffee and decide for yourself. Upon our move in walk-through, we reported several things to Art (maintenance guy) he flat out told me on several things that he wasn't going to write them down. That should've been my first clue. Dishwasher was leaking, we pointed that out right away. I kid you not, it was not addressed seriously for 8 months and even then it still leaked. Lease says "rent late at 5:01 on the third late date", NOT ON THE THIRD of the month!!!! I paid at 3:15 on the fourth, a Monday. They are idiots that can't realize that at 5:01 on the first until 5:00 on the 2nd is the first late date, 5:01 on the second until 5:00 on the third is the second late date and 5:01 on the third until 5:00 on the fourth is the third late date. I still had an hour and 45 minutes before being late. Mind you the 2nd and 3rd were Saturday and Sunday and office closed on weekends. Went Round and around for months. Owner Lisa Borchard called and when I pointed out the wording in our lease proving my point, she very nastily said "I know what's in my contracts, I went to Realtor school!" (Whooptie do for you Lisa.) HOA charged and then rescinded an over night parking violation. Wasn't our vehicle but RPM refused to drop the charge. Husband went to their office to discuss the two matters and Lydia tried to grab my husbands personal folder out of his hand. He had to hold it over his head. She went in the back office and called him a son of a bitch. During first inspection, Art took pictures of our personal belongings, not damage. At second inspection, same thing, so my husband gave him a choice, put camera away as lease says nothing about photos, or leave. He chose to leave. Charged us $65 for inspection when lease says $60. Put in maintenance request for a leak in front sprinkler, not only did they threaten to charge us for it even though it was not a sprinkler head issue, but they documented it on the portal that they repaired it. Flat out lie as my husband and our daughters fixed it. The straw that broke camels back was the forcible illegal entry on May 23. I'm on one side of the door, bracing myself against it and yelling " get out, wait for my husband" and Lydia is using her duplicate key to open my front door for an inspection (which was not given the proper notice for). She did this twice and tried to push her way in. I called police and police told her she had to leave. They continuously deleted maintenance requests to fix a leak in backyard that their own maintenance worker created. Pool guy wasn't paid by owner so he quit, took over six weeks in the summer to get adequate service,(see my review on barracuda pool service). They claimed we wouldn't allow pool service in, far from the truth. We begged, got different times, days. barracuda were no shows. Pool turned green and RPM tried to charge us for maintenance until I countered with a threat of my own. Was called for forwarding address for security deposit refund, I refused to give it to them, went to their office to pick it up 1 hour and 19 minutes later, receptionist said "oh that was mailed already" Really? Is that why it's postmarked two days later. They retaliated for the May incident and would not renew the lease. By law I can sue for two times rent. Charged me to clean, charged for landscaping, charged to remove items that were there when we moved in!! They kept $575 of my deposit. My deposit was for security, not a cleaning deposit. We left that house spotless. I have 100's of pictures to prove it. I started recording every correspondence with them. I have all my documentation proving everything I am saying. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE CROOKS!!!! Liars, every last one of them.
