  • Take your vehicle elsewhere for service. Especially, if you are a woman. I called and made an appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival, I pulled into the service department driveway, and exited my car. I was greeted by someone, and she said that my service person would be with me shortly. I noticed she informed the service employee I had arrived for my appointment. I could see that the service person was busy on the computer. I understood that perhaps he was finishing something important, and he would be with me shortly. While I waited, I was asked by another employee if I had been helped, then he confirmed that I was waiting for that particular service employee. I saw that employee walk over and tell my service person that I was waiting. As I waited outside my vehicle at 2 pm in 110 degrees, a truck pulled into the service driveway. This man exited his truck too. Within a couple minutes, the service employee came out of his office, and immediately started to help the other man who arrived after I did. At first I thought: Perhaps, he will acknowledge his arrival, and inform him that he would be right with him to assist me first. No, the service employee continued to ask the man about his truck and begun writing his information on a clipboard. I had been waiting close to 10 minutes at that point. Also, I am a woman. I had an appointment. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. It was 110 degrees outside. I was waiting outside. I didn't look distracted. I wasn't texting or talking on my cellphone. I was waiting. Once I understand that this service employee was assisting the man that arrived after I did, I decided to get back into my car, and leave the car service dealership. I asked a third employee, who walked over to my car, if the drive way ahead of me was an exit. I briefly explained that I had been waiting for this service guy, and that the other customer arrived after I did, but this other customer was receiving assistance before me. The third employee apologized and said he could find someone else to help me. I told me no thank you, and that I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. Maybe if your a man with a truck, you will be assisted first at their service location? We will not be returning.
