  • We made a purchase online and the picture online was not what they sent us. Being less than pleased we went to the store unhappy. When we got there it was packed. Had to pull a number to talk to someone. But once we finally got called after an hour of waiting. We were not going to leave and come back being it's about an hour drive from us. We got to our help. His name was Mike D. Let me say he turned around our whole trip and order. He got everything corrected with a smile. He was more than kind.. knew everything about all of the products. At one point he was not sure how to help and he reached out to the store manager to make it right. I will say the manager was just a kind and helpful I believe his name was Robert! Thank you Mike D. For doing much more than needed and being professional kind and making us laugh. Because of him we left happy!
