I MUST corroborate Lisa P's review. The redheaded guy who works there IS TERRIBLE. His name is CHAD I believe. He has zero customer service skills. I did not even realize he was a manager with that level of disdain he has for the customers. How can FedEx hire such an uneducated and classless individual? Aren't there job interviews for this? As another Yelper explained; he will try to find the smallest detail on your shipment so he can charge you for extra packaging materials. In my line of work, I deal with FedEx on a daily basis, we use different locations depending on the job site. I've NEVER had to deal with this type of shoddy service. It is a pleasure to go to any other location, not this one, thanks to ginger.
