  • Our appointment for installation was to be 7am. Looked outside at 8 am and saw boxes and product all over the yard and a large box container on the neighbors yard, dumped it and left, obviously. (Last week the delivery company tried to leave the items and we didn't have an appointment that day. The lone man asked us for help unloading it . We sent him away ) I called the company, a man said that they are not open yet but will get in touch with someone. I told him that we are canceling for now and need to re think about using this company if this is how they operate and the product hasn't even been installed yet. If they wish to give us a call to discuss this they may. One hour later two men show up and try to explain that they had another job and here they are. I said here you are is because someone called you, we have cancelled for now. He actually asked for my name. Like, when you are pissed and you are getting their name so you can tell on them. The man said he thinks the other guy made a good decision where he left the items, seriously? He left the items in my neighbors yard. The man then says he can have a flatbed here in twenty minutes so we aren't liable, I told him I'm not liable now. So 1 hour later they are still out front waiting for the flatbed. Not one single call from this company. Not an apology, not anything. I don't recommend them at all.
