  • Ever since this casino has changed to PH we just love hanging out here. This center bar is just crackin! We've been going to heart bar for a couple of years. Its close to the pleasure pit and Prive (which is no longer there). Now there's a live DJ and more gogo dancers. Music is great. A mix of house and hiphop. They've also surprised me with some 80s music! Its a great place to still be a little dressed up and still feel like your partyin when you cant get into the clubs. LOL Also my favorite bartender RIKI is there. Tip him well! He makes awesome shots. He knows his stuff and is quick!
