  • I've been going to Rambha for a few years; since she worked at Ragtops. She does great threading and really good facials. My only complaints are based around her personality; she is disorganized and even after several years doesn't know my name. Every time I see her it's as if she's never met me before and I am 99% sure she still doesn't know my name. I don't exactly want to be best friends with the spa people but I would like a tiny bit of recognition that I have been a pretty regular customer. She has never called me by my name, only 'dear.' She's definitely very good at the technical parts of her job and has a gift for eyebrows but her interaction with the customer is lacking in my opinion. So I would recommend going to see her if you don't really care if your spa person develops any kind of relationship with you; you'll be happy with the services that she does. Just don't expect any kind of personal interaction besides the necessities.
