We ordered a boutonnière for 10/14 homecoming on September 26th. When we arrived to pick it up, we were disappointed to find out that the florist had lost our order.
They never once apologized. After a 20 minute wait, they handed us a boutonnière that looked like it had been rushed and sloppily put together.
As a customer, I have a choice as to where to shop, and it most definitely won't be here again. Since my daughter is a freshman, it means a loss of 4 years worth of orders. Hope it was with it.
