Nothing I came in for was in stock. Greeter texting on her cell phone and Manager, Jonathan Robinson, full of excuses. Took 45 minutes to get half the amount of items I needed instead of the usual 15 minutes to be in and out of the store with my purchases. I had my employees waiting around for me while the Home Depot employees scrambled around looking for my items when I asked to see the manager. They came up short. Store had a handful of customers and employees just standing around chatting instead of restocking empty shelves. What a waste of time. Two young employees, Ernesto and Carlos were very apologetic and really tried hard to fix this poor experience. Thank you to those young men, who probably make far less than the manager. Better choice: Go to Home Depot on Ft. Apache and Flamingo.
