  • Update: I got a call from the manager and my membership was canceled. She was extremely apologetic, gave me a refund and a free wax service. Sign up for a membership at your own risk. You'll never be able to cancel. I've been trying to cancel mine since July. Every time I contact them, I get the same spiel about how the manager has to approve my cancelation and how she's really busy. They offered to put my membership on hold but they still keep charging my card. It's extremely frustrating.
