  • I moved to the southwest area some months ago, so naturally I had to find my neighborhood bar. My fiance and I stumbled into Sporting Life one random night and met Troy. Troy works graveyard Sunday through Wednesday. He's not only an attentive bartender but a good friend now. This is my bar! Several dart boards, Pinball, Excellent food, A ton of T.V.s, And a ticker during game day! Thanks to Troy's suggestion the chicken sandwich I tried is amazing. The Ruben is great only I do no sauerkraut (personal preference) and sub coleslaw on the sandwich. Fish and chips are ridiculously good and a large portion at that. They have a $5 dollar wing special on Saturday nights and their wings are no joke. Four fully intact wings with drum, flat, and the tiny little extra wing tip that just adds to the fact their a real full wing. Beware their mild is a medium, anything above in their house made sauce has serious kick. And holy cow for dessert get the fried Oreos. They are AMAZING! Once my fiancee and I ordered two orders... For local neighbourhood bar it doesn't get better.
