  • my property manager actually had the nerve to tell me to stop calling him with complaints.So I started sending complaints by email, like the day a neighbors yard was flooding because an outside faucet had broken. Oh it got fixed because I also CC'd the company president with all my complaints. Apparently the president is very proud of of his company and the financials, they have 4 web pages patting their own backs. But he wasn't proud enough to get rid of our useless charlatan of a manager.He's still here two years later and the payments have gone up by double
