  • I gave 4 stars not for Dillards but for Destiny who works in the Juniors' Formal Wear. I was there Fri and Sat day and nite looking for a white dress... bridal dress. I know, i know, but i wanted to have a simple wedding. Dont judge. Lol. Anyways, Destiny took her job to the next level and went above & beyond to help me find what I want. I have never been helped so well by any associate in Dillards! Destiny knew what she was doing, she walked around and gave me options, she called the other store at Fashion Show Mall for inventory, she listened to all my needs and she was very professional & friendly throughout the whole process. Dillards and all other dept stores should take note how customer service should be from Destiny! You rock girl! 4 stars all for Destiny! 1 star left out due to Dillards not having more staff like her.
