  • I just came back from a 'appointment' with Dr. Kern. As I was waiting in the dental chair for the Dr. he started having a loud argument with one of the front desk ladies. It turned into a very unprofessional yelling match (more with the Dr.) and he left the building! Needless to say, I needed to cancel my appointment. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone around. If he had a gripe, the dr. should have done so politely behind closed doors. I would have preferred to rate this as Zero stars!
