  • Colin has got to be one of the best and respectable small business owners I have ever met. I've seen them grow throughout the years and expand to LA and the Linq. The food is always delicious and consistent. They really do put their heart in what they make. The chicken katsu is one of my favorites for sure as well as the spicy burger. The only problem I have is that I wish the burgers were bigger! I am always still hungry after one. If they were bigger for the price, I'd be here once a week. Now I just go once a month. But still, fukuburger is a great place to hang out and have a burger at.
