  • After doing my homework online, we walked into this location to give the mattresses a whirl. We were met by McKenna who got some background info on us and then explained the showroom and the different set ups. She then quietly left us to do our evaluation on the two mattresses. Having decided we wanted a "Mint" king-size, she got us all setup for a delivery. We both couldn't help but notice how professional and yet personable she was. She made the whole "ugh I don't want to do this" concept of mattress purchasing extremely pleasant. Between her and the amazing showroom we walked out very happy and excited on our decision to purchase from Tuft and Needle. Thanks McKenna, your a rock star!!
