  • Just another fail with offtrac delivery. I'm a big prime shopper and average about 1 package a month misdelivered. The latest was yesterday. Tracking showed delivered at 906am- while I'm home and signed by front door. (I have a gate and no one is getting to my front door) I get a text update from amazon showing delivered and since I'm home I go out to get the package which was home improvement items I needed for weekend projects. No package. I check my security camera in case it was taken in the 10 minutes it was there but there was no delivery at my house. I did see the ontrac van drive by at 910am so I assume they delivered it to someone else. I don't know how they missed my house, have a huge custom address plaque plus a laser cut mailbox stand where my house numbers are 4 inch letters each letter. I assume they use GPS to further assist them. Well, thanks ontrac for making my weekend project impossible. And thanks for making the usps look like a great service. From now on I'll select no rush shipping with the credit and hopefully the usps will deliver.
