  • Well, I'm really bummed to say this honestly because I enjoyed this place. I was loyal and stuck by them every two weeks for 3-4 months. They have reward cards after a service you get it punched and at the end you get a reward after like 10 or something. Well the last time I went I realized that when the manager combined two of my cards into one because I had two , that after my service I didn't realize to pull it back out thinking I already had it out but forgot to get my stamp at the end of my service. AND the mangers wife said no they couldn't give me my last time stamp. I come here every two weeks I'm a regular. I always tip good! And me - that's rare for people who impress me AND IM ALWAYS THERE FOR 5 HOURS! I always am there waiting forever in between services and I never complained and they couldn't give me my stamp that I forgot from last time this time? It mad me really upset and it kinda called it quits for me. It sucks but that's not loyalty it made me feel like I'm just a number not a client. Made me feel like a present to be honest. AND obviously all out on social media for them and then I receive a slap in the face ha. The best you could offer me is a simple stamp I forgot or maybe a discount for being at the salon for 5 hours everytime I go and never complained. 2nd time comming, and I love it. The manager Nick gave me the best massage ever having a pedicure not only was he so respectful and caring AND relaxing!! I will come back for a treatment next time by him. They have all the colors you can ask for. EVERYONE IS SO NICE!! And good. I have been to MANY!!! Nail salons and I mean many, and I haven't had a problem with this one. I am happy when I come out. And you can't beat the affordable prices! See you next time
