  • I am not sure about the previous review but it sounds to me like it was lopsided from someone who had a grudge. (Check the system his disk?) if you are trading a system in..isn't that your responsibility. Anyway, I have been to this location twice in the last week for two separate purchases and have had all my questions answered. The first time I was there I talked to two of the guys working who both gave me their recommendation on a game I was on the fence about. While I usually like to see for myself I took their word and recommendation. I also had questions about my GameStop card since I was about to lose my points. (I hadn't made a purchase over a year) this other gentleman who's name I can't remember and Dan who was one of the managers made sure they answered all my questions and invited me back. I use to always go to the Birkdale location when I was out with my family but since it's closing this location has definitely earned my business for the future. Thanks Dan and the other gentleman. (I wish I could remember his name.
