  • I just stopped by right now (1:17pm) and it was not busy at all. My mom and i just wanted to get 3 bagels but we were waiting for someone to help us. We waited too long for our order to be taken! No one acknowledged us at all not even a simple hello, one important key is to acknowledge the customer! I wouldn't have mind waiting the 7 min if they would've said hi i'll be with you in a second. I asked the young lady there by the name of taylor (she was busy doing a sandwich) if someone can help me and she turned slowly looking annoyed and said yea one sec someone will be with you right now. So i waited 4 more min until my order was taken, and Taylor was the one who took my order smh. Besides from the poor customer service, let me mention that this place is very disorganized and looks like a mess. There were unnecessary items in unnecessary places.
