  • As further evidence that owner Dr. Barbara Marcussen's line of thinking and business practices are questionable, both my girlfriend and myself received personally written mailed letters from her at our home, as well as a book called 'God Never Blinks', in an effort to get me to change my review on Yelp! This violates Yelp's Terms & conditions, and if I receive any further communication from Dr. Barbara Marcussen or anyone else at Complete Eye Care in any form, I will file a harassment report against her. If you're going to list your business on Yelp you may/may not be subject to a negative rating. As a business owner, I would think that if someone wrote a negative review about my company I would read it and then try and see what went wrong and what I could do to prevent the same thing from happening again in the future. Writing & mailing condescending letters to people, as well as sending them books that they did not ask for, nor do they want, is unacceptable and unwarranted.
