  • Don't even want to give this place 1 star. Horrible horrible vape shop. Bad customer service. I've been vaping for almost a year now. Go there for the first time bc my place was closed and I needed a new box of coils. They didn't have my exact type of coils so I wasn't going to get any. The guy then convinced me that they had a type that would work and wouldn't be a problem. He then messed up/changed all of my settings. My coils wouldn't even last a day without getting burnt. Took the coils back and the guy wouldn't give me an exchange or ANYTHING for it. At my usual place my packs of coils are $13, cool vapes charged $23. Just a huge waste of time and wish I just waited until the next day to go to my usual place. So mad I wasted the money. I then went back to my usual place the other day and my guy told me that those coils that the guy here sold me don't work with mine. Go figure they just wanted me to spend a good amount of money. They don't know what they are talking about, not that experienced that vape products.
