  • We had used Rise about 2 years ago when we had an electrical issue and found them really helpful. So when another issue popped up a couple weeks ago, we called and left several messages with Rise Electric over a two week period. No one ever called back. We found an email from the guy who had originally done the work with us (I can't believe we still had a business card!) and emailed him directly. Bingo! He responded and said he'd be happy to come and do the repair. We made an appointment - but he didn't show up. He did get in touch with me and apologized, claiming he had damaged his phone (reasonable)- but when we then tried that day and over the next several days to call the company and email this employee directly to get the appointment re-setup, we just never got a response. We ended up going with another electrician, who was responsive fast and reasonably priced. After weeks of trying to set something up with Rise Electric, Ledbetter Electric took care of our repairs within 2 hours of our call.
