  • I am a former long time client of underground and honestly to say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. In the beginning the gym was great. It was professional, yet welcoming. Everyone was kind, happy and the workouts - especially group classes, were great. In the past couple months there has been some very obvious disturbances amongst the staff/management that has begun to impact the clients. There are inappropriate relations that are clearly happening amongst staff/management and also the clients. When new management took over Underground, they began changing the schedule and weren't nearly as flexible. Now I hear they completely took away group classes... for spending so much time and money in one gym, I am disappointed to watch the gym spiral down.
