  • I'm about to have my third back yard done by Laguna Pools which brought to mind, hey I should right a review in YELP (which I rely heavily on and use often). I was so sad to see that the comprehensive star level which should be strictly based on their product delivery and customer satisfaction were being unjustly impacted by several "tips" and "statements" which frankly had nothing to do with their work and the majority of the negative ones oddly enough were written by people who don't use YELP-except for this-seems very suspicious. All the good ones are people who have multiple YELP reviews and u feel that is a show of credibility in my book. Of the two previous landscape jobs Laguna did for me-both were exceptional and I was VERY happy with the final results! One yard was courtyard size and they helped me design a beautiful and cozy space that I enjoyed every night with a glass of wine. The other was more extensive with a built in fireplace, grill and refrigerator-an awesome outdoor kitchen, accented with pacers, synlawn, a covered patio and clay pots with some great lighting for ambience. I always received compliments and a few of my friends in turn called Laguna for their backyards-all happy! I'm excited to see the next transformation of my Dads 40 year old neglected yard-and I'll gladly share the before and after. All I can ask is skip the comments about a gas station, a driver flicking cigarettes out of their window and look at the work. Landscaping is not a small purchase and I am confident my investment will be well served again...for the third time. Disappointed that YELP allows the b.s. To stay on here :-(
