  • Our experience with East Valley Property Management over two years was TERRIBLE. From waiting weeks in the summer for our air conditioning unit to be repaired, to not getting callbacks when toilets overflowed, the service was awful. We were NEVER late paying rent and took immaculate care of the property. The carpets needed to be replaced when we moved in, so we did not have them professionally cleaned when we moved out (although we did so two months earlier and vacuumed and spot cleaned). We spent several days scrubbing everything from baseboards to garage floor, and paid the last months' rent even though we were moving out prior to the start of that month. We pruned all shrubs and used a gallon of weed killer along the perimeter...yard looked great, although we informed EVPM that a reseed was needed for front yard (not at our expense, as renters) and a load of new rock would really spruce up the back. No go. Instead, they kept 2/3 of our security deposit. We dealt with VELESHA for move-out and she was the rudest individual you can imagine. We did the RIGHT thing and were treated HORRIBLY by this second-rate "property management" company. NEVER RENT FROM EAST VALLEY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
