  • I do not leave reviews. Respectful customer service is expected in retail pricing if you ask me. I dealt with Pearl and another gentlemen with a magnificent red beard and a sleeve. They took care of me on pricing, product information, suggestions, alternate options, and a MIL/L&O discount. The selling point on me completely switching all of my firearm and tactical purchases is the feeling of respect and enthusiasm they had for myself and in the act of doing their job. This may not be important to most people, although it made a difference to me. Cheers to Pearl and her partner for gaining a customer for life from a gentlemen that does not hand out praise for no reason. Secondly, they took care of my L&O partner during a time that he really needed it. They went completely above and beyond any and all expectations for a brother in need. That means the world to my work family and myself. Customer for life period!!! Good luck with that baby Pearl!!!
