  • Palms Place is one of the top condo hotels in Las Vegas all the units come fully furnished very modern, a lot of the units have mountain and strip views most of the units have balconies which is a rare for a high rise whereas Trump tower does not have terraces nor does the Platinum tower. Palms Place has an amazing restaurant and lounge called Simon they have the Drift spa which as a resident of Palms Place you get to use for free and it's connected by a enclosed walkway to the Palms Resort you also get all the amenities of staying in a hotel maids Service and in room dining it's truly five start living!on top of that you can rent out your unit when you're not in town and make money so it's great for investors
