  • First time staying at the Valley Ho but it will not be my last! The staff we encountered throughout our entire staff were so friendly, personable, down to earth, and over the top helpful! Luis at check in, our room service both at dinner and breakfast, Valerie in the spa give the WORLDS GREATEST MASSAGE! She suggested the marble stone upgrade for my face and it was heavenly! I can't wait to go back! The spa facilities were a bit disappointing as there aren't many amenities or areas to relax. But the massage made up for it! Satin sheets, warm robe after, marble stone, it was amazing. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, modern and filled with amenities! We had room 3101 right outside was a fountain so we had our doors open most of the stay. We ordered the burrata appetizer, bacon burger, shrimp cocktail, cheesecake and for breakfast the Arizona omelet was amazing! At the bar the seasonal mule was delicious too! Highly recommend the entire experience at the Hotel Valley Ho & Spa!
