  • So I received a message saying send Big O my contact info to adress My issue and make things right. I also got the same message from the manager of the store on Maryland parkway saying the same. Sent my email info to both and guess what? More than a week later I have heard nothing. My original review STANDS ! I personaly will NOT be bringing business to Big O which for me stands for ZERO
