We called Yellow the night before we were scheduled to take a flight out of Willard. We asked to be picked up at 8am for our 9am flight, since we were already checked in.
At 8 o'clock, no cab. Waited until 8:10, no cab. Called Yellow and the number was busy. We kept calling and calling. Finally we called another cab company and they were there within 5 minutes. We tried calling Yellow again to tell them we got picked up. Still busy.
When we were through security and in line to board the plane, we got a call from Yellow RUDELY saying they were at our house and asked where we were at. We told them that they didn't show up on time and we had to get to the airport so we called someone else so we wouldn't miss our flight. Then they HUNG UP ON ME!!!! They were 45 minutes late to take us to the airport and didn't answer the phone. I tried to do the courteous thing and let them know that we didn't need a ride anymore, but I can't tell them if I can't get ahold of them!
How does a cab company justify showing up 45 minutes late for someone going to the airport? If someone is going to the airport, it's pretty likely that they're on a fixed schedule.
I was very disappointed and I've not called them since. There are plenty of other cab companies in this town that will show up when you ask and won't leave you hanging.
