Don't stay here if you don't want a good nights sleep or if you have other options to consider in the area. Yeah, this is a great hotel location if you want to go to an Indians game or a Cavaliers game. You're within walking distance to both places. I would highly recommend using valet to this hotel. The valet folks are friendly and helpful. The folks at the front desk were ok.
When we arrived back at our hotel around 11:00 pm, the toilet in our bathroom wouldn't flush given that the handle broke. It looked like it was already broken before we got there. We called the front desk and they sent someone within 5-10 minutes. The gentleman didn't have the correct tool to fix it, so they quickly moved us from the 2nd floor to the 8th floor and they discounted our room. (I was ok with that. Our room looked directly out to Progressive Field. Kinda neat.) When we got up to our room, the only thing we wanted was sleep. Well, we got ready for bed only to have our Sleep Number bed not work. :( Not good. The husband called the front desk again and they advised us to unplug the remote for the Sleep Number bed and plug it in. No change. After this, I wasn't about to move to another room. We toughed it out that night, but had a horrible nights sleep. Even though they discounted us for our room, they even offered us free breakfast in the morning.
Good place if its all about location for you, but not one of the best hotels in the area.
