  • I went to Beauty Bar Yorkville for my first, ever, lip injection experience. First visit: Right side of my lip was significantly bigger. Second visit: In an attempt at evening it out, she made the right side significantly smaller (No charge). I email them again, and she (Stephanie) writes: "The product we used is normally $375 for half and $550 for Full. Also if you just needed some evening out. We could also charge you follow up fee and charge by product 150 and up." Felt as though making my lips uneven was intentional simply to charge me for additional fees. In addition, the moment I entered the room, the lip technician began to point out all my imperfections, specifically my nose, my jawline and my cheekbones, in an attempt to upsell me. I did not ask to be judged or analyzed, I simply came to have my lips done. The technician also tried to make me feel bad for choosing the product I chose, saying it's cheap and the effects will be terrible, that I should go with the other product (which was priced much much higher). Extremely unsatisfied with the work, even more unsatisfied with the quality of service.
