  • PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Long story short.... They have their sticker on my air conditioner. Late at night on 06/05 my AC died and my house went up to 90 degrees. I woke up at 4 AM and call them and left a message for them to schedule me. I called again at 8 AM... they said they would call me back. I called my roommate and he called at 830 AM and they said they would call back. I called at 10 AM and they said they were working on it. TWO DAYS LATER AND THEY HAVE STILL NOT CALLED ME BACK!!!!! I went with http://www.hendels.com/ after I realized that Chas Roberts didn't really care if I died or not in the heat. I read about Hendels here on YELP and when I called they came and fixed my AC within 3 hours!!! On 06/09/2016 still no call back On 06/17/2016 still no call back. We called 5 times that day.... Wonder how we got missed. Better hope your call doesn't get missed too.
