  • Absolutely awesome service. Scot provided the type of service that you rarely find these days. He drove about an hour and a half to get to my house, showed up on time and with a smile. He was very professional, incredibly friendly, and a stellar technician. My bike had several issues and had been out of commission for quite some time. He diagnosed and fixed everything with precision. The fuel pump wasn't working. It would have been easy for him to tell me I needed a new one, sold me a marked up part, and charged additional labor. He didn't. He tinkered with this tedious thing until it worked, made sure it was useable, and saved me some money. The bike has never run so well. I took a stack of his cards and will hand them with the highest recommendation to everyone I see who has a bike.
