  • I would give them 10 Stars if I could. I purchased brake pads for my girlfriends 2008 Honda civic at this location. Within 6 months the brakes started making noise. I returned them and was given another set. Apparently what had happened was the young man returning my brake pads showed it was a return not a replacement taking me out of there system for the lifetime replacement of these brake pads. I called over to this location on 11/23/2015 to make sure they had the same brake pads in stock. I was told I couldn't get a free replacement because I wasn't in there system, and I didn't keep my receipt. On 11/24/15 I went to the store and spoke to John the store manager, and told him what had happened. John told me to bring in the old brake pads, and as long as he was able to see the part number he would replace them free. I just wanted to say "Thanks" He could have told me sorry. I cant help you, but he didn't. I will be a customer for life, because of what John did for me. It's nice to see there are still people left in this town like John, who truly care about there customers.
