  • Hands down the worst customer service on the planet. This entire waste of time could easily have been summed up in one concise sentence instead of having to draw every word out of him as if coaxing him to speak for the very first time. Excerpt: Me: do you have a distressor for rent? Guy: no Me: ... ... ... (expecting him to tell me they have something else he thinks will do the job) uh do you have any other compressors? Guy: yes Me: ... ... ... Guy: none are available. This conversation spanned upwards of 5 minutes.
