  • I just left after a mani/pedi and I am so upset I just couldn't not say something. (Pictures posted as well) While being pumiced, my foot was SLICED. My foot was tender, but I "just" thought he sanded too roughly and it would be tender for a bit or something, but when i got to my car (after I'm pretty sure overpaying by $20 but that's a whole different thing) I noticed the 2.5" slash on the side of my foot. When i went back in, the guy that did my nails (Sam?-a very nice guy by the way) put some oil on it and another guy got me a regular sized bandaid. They didn't really seem too concerned about it. Didn't offer anything except a singular bandaid that wouldn't cover ΒΌ of the wound. I've been in here many times and never had any problem before, which is why I gave 2 stars. But this is just unacceptable, and I won't be back.
