  • I have been coming to this gym since I was 16 I'm 24 now and up until a about two weeks ago I thought that this gym was amazing. It really depends on what time of the day you go that will decide on how busy it is. Mornings and nights are usually pretty nice but any time between 3pm and 7pm it can get pretty crowded. My locker was broken into on Halloween and I had my wallet and my car keys stolen. I understand they have policy's about showing me who could have possibly done it on camera. They did file a report and follow me out to my car. I was pretty upset with the fact that I told them my things have been stolen when I went in to get a new picture and they still charged me full price for a new ID. I was hoping maybe they could have some sympathy and wave a fee for my new ID but they didn't. I still go here but fuck the customer service definitely thinking about joining a new gym. Oh and that picture is the a picture of the guy who stole my stuff keep a lookout for him!
