  • Much has been written about the lacklustre service of this place. My own experience was mediocre in that department. No chatting, questions, or anything similar, but the clerk was not rude, either, just kind of there. For the pipe smoker, Cheers seems to have the best selection of pipe tobacco in the city. It's quite impressive compared to local competition. Actual selection of pipes, however, is mediocre to say the least, and presentation of the pipes is very poor and haphazard. This strikes a strange and disheartening balance considering how much good pipe tobacco they actually have.
